#Spain has allocated €2.5 million to #Morocco for enhanced #border #surveillance equipment and vehicles, responding to unprecedented migration pressures that saw 63,970 irregular arrivals in 2024—a 12.5% increase from the previous year. The funding, channeled through the International and Ibero-American Foundation for Administration and Public Policies (FIIAPP ), will provide #Morocco with 183 #motorcycles valued at €660,000 and 33 #vehicles worth €1.9 million. This equipment package aims to strengthen Moroccan security forces' capabilities in challenging mountainous and coastal terrain. The comprehensive contract includes all-terrain vehicles, trucks, ambulances, boats, and advanced #surveillance #technology such as thermal cameras and night vision devices. Technical training for maintenance personnel is also part of the agreement.

🫡🪖 Information on Mobilization Rules in Ukraine   👉 General Mobilization Rules:   💁♂️ According to current legislation, individuals eligible for mobilization include:   📌 Military-aged individuals aged 18-60 who are deemed fit for service by medical standards and have previous military experience;   📌 Men aged 25 to 60 who are fit for service but have no military experience (the conscription age was lowered from 27 to 25 years earlier this year);   📌 Men aged 25 to 60 who were previously considered "conditionally fit" for service. This status has now been revoked, and they must undergo a medical commission by February 4, 2025 to receive a new status (fit/unfit for service);   📌 Men aged 18 to 60 who were removed from military records but are deemed fit to serve during wartime (these individuals must also undergo a repeated medical commission).   ❓Who can be mobilized between the ages of 18 and 25?   ℹ️ Ukrainian men aged 18-25 are considered conscripts and cannot be mobilized at this time, including those who are no longer subject to mandatory military service (as of 2025, they will undergo basic military training).   ❌ Exception: Voluntary mobilization.   🚨 However, some military-aged men in this category may still be called up for service, such as:   📌 Those who have completed a military department and become reserve officers but have not continued their studies in a master’s program;   📌 Those who have completed compulsory military service (with the exception of the last demobilization of conscripts in 2024—these individuals may only be mobilized a year after their discharge);   📌 Those who were previously classified as “unfit in peacetime” or “conditionally fit in wartime” (as noted earlier, they must undergo a medical commission, and if deemed fit, they may be mobilized).   ⛔️ Men aged 18-25 who were previously categorized as "conditionally fit" will no longer be subject to mobilization.   🤝 The Verkhovna Rada has passed Law 11379-d in the second reading, which prohibits the mobilization of men under 25 who were previously classified as “conditionally fit for wartime service.”   ✍️ The law is currently awaiting the President’s signature.   #Mobilization #Conscripted #FitForService #MilitaryObligations #Incolanse #IncolanseLawFirm #IncolanseLawFirmUkraine #IncolanseLawFirmFrance #OlhaDrachevskaAttornyeUkraine #OlhaDrachevskaAttornyeFrance #OlhaDrachevskaAttornyeEurope

Regarding the footage of the incident, which was broadcast live on several TV stations, some have expressed concerns about its sensitivity. While I acknowledge these sentiments, I must emphasize that the footage was already in the public domain. Moreover, as a responsible individual, I provided sufficient warning through the caption, allowing viewers to choose whether or not to engage with the content. It's essential to recognize that professionalism in the media isn't solely determined by personal sentiments instead, it is guided by established standards and practices. In this case, the footage was newsworthy and relevant to the public interest. Rather than focusing on the handling of the ADC by medical personnel, I encourage a more nuanced discussion.
