When faith meets focus, extraordinary things happen. 2024 wasn't just a year of sales targets—it was a masterclass in transformative leadership, proving that true success emerges when we elevate our teams and stay committed to continuous growth. As Area Manager at Manulife China Bank Life Assurance Corporation, I witnessed firsthand how strategic mentorship and collaborative spirit can turn ambitious goals into remarkable achievements. Our team didn't just meet expectations—we shattered them, achieving more than 110% of our target with 8-digit APE. Beyond professional milestones, 2024 saw me launching Allie Gen Mdse, embracing the entrepreneurial spirit while deepening my leadership capabilities through targeted certifications. Looking ahead to 2025, my mission remains clear: continue scaling team success, nurture emerging leaders, and demonstrate that exceptional results stem from a culture of genuine collaboration, continuous learning, and unwavering faith. Profound gratitude to my exceptional FSAs, our dedicated China Bank partners, Manulife China Bank's visionary leadership, and above all, to the Lord for His continuous guidance. Here's to turning potential into performance, one inspired team at a time. 💚 #BancassuranceExcellence #LeadershipJourney #LinkedInRewind #2024Wrapped #Coauthor

“What do we do well, and what do we suck at?” These two questions changed everything. As leaders, it's easy to get caught up in day-to-day operations and forget to evaluate our strengths and weaknesses. But when we take a step back and face our challenges head-on, they can become opportunities for growth and development. A few decades ago, I took over a region that was the worst-performing in the company. I became the CEO of a privately owned bank that almost closed down after the 2008 recession. I came in in 2012. I spent the first 60 days just going around and talking to people and asking everyone those two questions. This approach ignited our team's passion and laid the foundation for a remarkable culture. Our efforts didn't go unnoticed – we were recognized as one of the best banks to work for in the US by American Banker magazine. Ask the right questions, and anything is possible. P.S. What’s the toughest challenge you’ve turned into an opportunity? Share your story, and let’s inspire each other to see beyond the hurdles. #leadership #CEOmindset

At this year's Wealth Access, Inc. Executive Summit, we had the privilege of hearing from Troy Jordan, Managing Director at INTRUST Bank. It's inspiring to hear from different leaders in banks and wealth management firms and learn how they define success. Troy's insights emphasize the importance of a client-centered approach, which isn't just a short-term play—it's a long-term commitment that must be integrated into strategy to truly succeed. He highlighted a fundamental aspect of strategic planning: starting with the client in mind and working backward to identify the right partners. This approach ensures every client gets the same experience, and the INTRUST team has the right tools to execute that experience. #WealthAccessExecutiveSummit #Leadership #OneWealth #OneBank #OneData
