Last week Genesis Medtech Group and their structural heart business JC Medical, Inc. met an important milestone, the kickoff of their early feasibility study #EFS for the J-Valve. This #TAVR device intended to treat aortic regurgitation as well as stenosis, and this trial is a big first step towards treating this patient population. We have just had an inspiring meeting on the VORTHEx project. A radiotherapy room has been recreated virtually so that patients can experience their upcoming treatment beforehand. Basically, the simulation reconstitutes all the technical and protocol components of the treatment: the room, the robot arm, the patient's position, and the stages of the treatment. This kind of procedure can be quite scary for patients. 📣 NEW CAR-T Data ‼️ Join David Smith on 2/29 at the CAR-TCR Summit Series Europe for the presentation of the first public CAR-T expansion data from BioCentriq’s collaboration with Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies.
