Congratulations Raika Aban Sengupta on your second work anniversary! 🤩 In her own words, she says, “Working at The Outlier has opened me up to so many opportunities that I never thought possible! From working with some really cool brands, to travelling across the country for various events - looking back I’m amazed on how much I’ve been able to do. I’m proud of everything I’ve been able to accomplish, and so happy to have an environment where I can learn at every opportunity. It definitely helps to have a space filled with incredibly supportive team members, who are ready to hype you up at any time.” As she takes a moment to reflect on her journey, she shares her thoughts with us – “Honestly, I can’t even believe it’s been two years! Some days it still feels like my first week - in that I’m often faced with something new and exciting, and I can’t wait to learn how to tackle it! I’ve carved out a specialization in the lifestyle sector and been able to form great relationships with individuals in the industry and media. I’ve also spent time honing my skills in team management and business development. It’s been great to find a space where I love to work in, and build a base for myself there. But my favourite part about my role, is the fact that I’m in charge of ordering snacks every month.” When asked about her favourite memory so far – she says, “Not sure if I should be mentioning this, but the time we had a mini popcorn explosion in the kitchen.” She adds, “One key learning I’ve had here is I can always ask for help. And every person on my team will be able to support me, in whatever way they can.” And the two things I’m looking forward to in the next 12 months are, “all the exciting work we have lined up! And, of course, Offsite 3.0.” #anniversary #congratulations #workiversary #team #bonding #opportunity #memories #publicrelations #agency #employeesatisfaction #bangalore #celebration #organization #workplace #learning

5 years ago, I opened my online business. I had no idea how to build a website, manage marketing, or get clients. But, I had a strong desire to help people with their careers. At first, it was challenging trying to figure out the different aspects of building and running an online business. The marketing, branding, and sales were all so confusing. However, my passion for helping people kept me going. As I started helping more people and witnessing their success, my confidence grew. Seeing the results of my work, with clients getting multiple interviews and landing new jobs within weeks, was extremely rewarding. Today, reflecting on my 5 year work anniversary, I realize how far I’ve come. It’s important to appreciate what you have achieved, and remember that today was once a dream you had. Quality, focus, and enthusiasm are crucial, and when you have these, everything else falls into place. This is just the beginning! ✨ Focus on work that aligns with your values, gradually build your standards, and most importantly, enjoy the process. I’ve learned to really enjoy what I do each day rather than just waiting for the outcome. I am confident that if you stick to your plan, you’ll achieve your career goals and find meaningful and inspiring work. You deserve it! 👏 P.S. Celebrating my 5 year work anniversary! 🎉😊

It took me over two decades to find success and it’s nothing like what I imagined it to be. Last week I celebrated my two year work anniversary and as I reflected on the wins, mistakes, and learning moments, I pondered on the definition of success … which is a destination many of us think about. My conclusion came to this. Success is simply broken down into three parts: 1 — Finding your purpose. 2 — Developing your purpose. 3 — Serving others with your purpose. Success is not about securing a job promotion, attaining power, getting a defined salary, achieving awards, or even getting status. It’s ultimately using your skills, passion, and the opportunities as they present themselves to empower others to find their own success.

I am finally 21! It has been such a roller-coaster of a journey so far and I’m loving every bit of this journey! Some days are just a slog. We all have days when we can’t get focused, are convinced we’re on the wrong path, or just plain feel exhausted. The truth is that our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers. We all know: Work weeks can be rough. In fact, whether you’re at work or at home, each day of the week seems to present a different challenge to maintaining your productivity and focus. On Monday, you’re looking for a bit of a jolt to start the week. On Tuesday, productivity isn’t always as high as needed. On Wednesday, you need some help to get over the hump. On Thursday and Friday, you might be most motivated by thinking about where you’ve been and where you’re going. And on the weekends, you’ll want to take a step back and recharge for the week ahead. Whatever maybe the day, work anniversary reminders such as the one shown on my profile today, surely does brighten up one’s day. First off, THANK YOU LinkedIn for these sweet reminders and most importantly a million thanks to each one of you in my network connection for your kind words and thoughtful messages on my work anniversary. It’s clients & partners like YOU who make my work fulfilling and enjoyable. Honestly, our professional connections have enriched my career in unimaginable ways! It's connections like YOU who have been instrumental to my career progression. Our true success is a direct result of the relationships we have built with connections like YOU! So, THANK YOU for your heartwarming wishes on my ‘Work Anniversary!’ #21yearsold #workanniversary #thankyou #gratitudepost #gracias #shukran #merci #arigato #obrigado #kamsahamnida

🥂 Congratulations on your 1 year anniversary……. We’ve all had these notifications come up and more often than not, have dismissed them. Today was a particularly busy day, navigating a full diary of work and balancing the challenge that Half Term also brings. I reflected over my last year with a coffee and concluded that, I was still super engaged and dedicated to my role, something that perhaps wasn’t always true previously. Why was this? What has allowed me to want to take on the challenges of balancing a busy home life with work (apart from paying the bills.) Starting my role with The Highfield Partnership has allowed me to work directly for Anderson Quigley, to see their business grow and develop, to be involved in their exciting plans for the future, to complete some wonderful company wide events that give back and to take that time to leave the chaos of post supper time routines to reflect on my day. Working predominantly from home, has allowed me to still have access to picking the kids up from school and hearing about their successes and challenges, but it hasn’t compromised that feeling of being part of the team. The weekly coffee catch-ups with my colleagues, the company wide meetings, training dedicated to our development individually and as a collective, our ED&I focused book clubs that have made me read books I probably would never have picked up. Being a part of two businesses that put huge emphasis on giving back and allowing everyone to be authentically who they are…..I feel very grateful indeed. So, when my son sent me a message from his bed, asking for a Nutella bagel to be brought to him, because he quite simply couldn’t move, I laced up my trainers and blissfully walked around the block. Happy anniversary to me! 🥂 #worklifebalance #teamwork #executivesearch #gratitude #reflection
