Today, we’re introducing Mario Čupić, our Senior Technician, and showcasing the vital contributions he makes at allpack group ag.   Hi, I’m Mario – Senior Technician at allpack group ag!   I’ve been with the company since January 1, 2019, starting as a plant mechanic and recently advancing to the position of Senior Technician. My career began with an apprenticeship as a production mechanic at BMW, followed by years of experience as a CNC milling cutter and lathe operator.   In my current role, I coordinate production mechanics, train new Team members, and manage maintenance and servicing. I also support changeovers, resolve technical issues, and assist with process qualification and validation.   What I love most about my job is the diverse range of tasks and the exciting challenges that come with working on cutting-edge technologies. I thrive on the dynamic nature of my role, relishing the opportunity to tackle new technical challenges and collaborate with a fantastic Team.   I’m excited about continuing my growth in engineering and exploring new opportunities at allpack group ag. How can we address the workforce shortage and invest in the future?   One answer: by committing to vocational training.   We're excited to welcome Jennifer Riel as our new commercial apprentice starting August 1st, 2024.   Jennifer has already gained valuable industry experience and has chosen to pursue an apprenticeship in commerce – a path we fully support.
