September is Global Company Culture Month! To me, this month is a reminder that the heart of any successful organization lies in its people and the values we uphold together. When I think about culture, I think about more than just the words or values we use to describe company culture. I think about the actions we take every day—the way we collaborate across borders, the respect we show for different perspectives, and the trust we build with one another. It's not easy to create a strong company culture in a large organization, especially when culture varies so heavily across countries and regions. But with intentionality, consistency, and a commitment to ensuring every voice is heard, it is possible. #GlobalCompanyCultureMonth #CompanyCulture #OrganizatinalCulture

I built my company on love and inclusion. But I didn't wake up one morning and decided that that's what my company culture is going to be. It was crafted from years of working with other and longing for a safe workplace where everyone feels valued. In my years of being a CEO, here’s what I’ve learned about developing a strong and positive company culture: ⬇️ Culture starts with the boss himself. Be ready to lead your team by demonstrating the values and behaviors you want to see in them. ⬇️Encourage them to be honest and open about their concerns. This can be achieved by creating safe spaces for employees. ⬇️ Accomplishments should be recognized and celebrated. And this goes for both big and small wins. It helps to all my my my my my my keepboost morale and also fosters a sense of belonging. ⬇️Invest in Growth: Provide opportunities for professional development. When employees see that the company is invested in their growth, they feel valued and motivated. ⬇️Create time for team bonding by employing team-building activities, social events, or even shared meals. Your company culture shouldn't just be about policies —it should be about the people, your employees . It’s about time CEOs get that. What steps are you currently taking to create a positive company culture?

These days, too many companies try to build culture by the book—crafting perfect mission statements and catchy slogans. But real culture isn’t about what’s written or displayed; it’s how you 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘁 every day. It’s how people 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿, how they make decisions, and how they feel working together. Culture is also about 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲, who you choose to 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗴𝗼, and 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗼𝗻. Every action you take reflects your true values. You can have all the right words on the walls, but if your daily actions don’t match, it’s never going to work. Your company culture is built through the way your team lives and breathes it every day—it’s what defines your brand. If your people aren’t living it, neither are your clients.

A strong company culture brings people together, builds trust, and gets everyone on the same wavelength. Plus, it's all about sparking creativity, teaming up, and looking out for each other's happiness. Think of it as the soul of the workplace, shaping how happy folks are, how long they stick around, and how well the whole crew does. Now my ask: What does "company culture" mean to you, and why does it matter? It’s important to know a potential employer’s culture before accepting a job offer. But what does corporate culture mean? ‘Culture is a collective heartbeat, embodying what we believe in’ If you want to research a potential employer’s culture, you need to look beyond the surface, beyond the hip office design or fun perks. These are great, but they don’t define culture. Instead, delve into how the company handles adversity, how it supports its employees’ growth, how it treats its customers and how it gives back to the community. ‘True culture is lived, not just talked about’

🌟 Importance of Company Culture 🌟 Company culture isn't just a buzzword—it's a cornerstone of success. Story Time: "The Three Stonecutters" Once upon a time, a traveler came across three stonecutters and asked them what they were doing. The first one replied gruffly, "I'm cutting this stone." The second, a bit more enthusiastically, said, "I'm earning a living." But it was the third who caught the traveler's attention. With a sparkle in his eye, he declared, "I'm building a cathedral." This story illustrates the power of purpose and culture. A strong company culture gives meaning to the work we do, fostering engagement, unity, and a shared vision of success. At Kicrow, we strive to foster a culture where every team member feels like they're building something extraordinary—a shared cathedral of success. What does company culture mean to you?
