Owner at Stitched Real Estate, LLC Transaction Coordination Company

Considering hiring a transaction coordinator for your real estate business? 🏡 Here are the top things you should look for: 1. Relevant experience - This may seem like a no-brainer. But make sure you have a TC that is not just experienced in general but has experience working in your area and on the type of transactions you specialize in (ex: Commercial deals, relocations, etc). 2. Any state-required credentialing - Some states require TCs to be licensed or have only specific tasks coordinators can do, check with your local guidelines. 3. Highly organized - A TC's job is to take your chaos and turn it into organized chaos. You want someone with good organization systems in place who never has to scramble to find a file. 4. NOT a multitasker - You may have done a double take on this one - but with all of the details of a transaction, it is important to have a TC who fully focuses on each task and file at a time instead of rushing through multiple things at once and potentially making mistakes. 5. The calm to your storm - Calling your TC should NOT stress you out. They should be calm and ready to offer solutions and take the stress off your plate. 6. People skills - You want a personable and effective communicator for taking client calls and coordinating with your preferred vendors. 7. Someone who can "read the room" - If you haven't checked out my Youtube video on this, head to the link below now. This skill is the number one thing that makes good transaction coordinators stand out in my opinion. https://loom.ly/eX_38dQ #transactioncoordinator #realestatetips #realestatetransactioncoordinator
