There are those days where we all feel that we aren't good at anything - like we have been a failure in life. But this simply is NOT true! We have all achieved things in our life - sometimes these things may seem small or insignificant - but often they may have made a huge difference to someone else. I recommend to people that they make a REVERSE bucket list - this isn't a list of what you want to do - its a list of what you have ALREADY achieved - and this doesn't have to relate to work, or be about winning awards. Think about something you have done that you are PROUD of - like 1. You helped a Neighbour fix something 2. You smiled at someone at the shopping centre - which made them smile 3. You helped a colleague with a task at work when they weren't feeling well and stopped them getting into trouble 4. You got selected for a committee at the sports club 5. You made a friend feel better when they were feeling down It can literally be anything! These are all great achievements! FEEL YOUR WORTH!! Not everything has to be measured in dollars or awards. Give it a try - I challenge you to find 10 things you have achieved! its sure to make you feel just a tiny bit better!

The real reason industry recognition fuels our fire: Recently, we’ve been honoured with nominations for some major awards. Most recently, the EGR Global awards for Sports Affiliate of the Year, and SBC Latino America Sports Affiliate of The Year nominations. And while being recognised is great, there’s something more meaningful behind it. Here’s why these nominations matter: 🍀They honour every team member who’s poured their heart into our work 🍀They show that our bold ideas are making a real impact 🍀They boost our team’s morale, inspiring us to aim even higher Nominations aren’t the final destination They’re markers along the way. They remind us that we’re moving in the right direction, innovating, and thriving in a competitive industry. But the best part? I saw the excitement and pride in my team’s eyes, knowing their hard work was appreciated. So, here’s to all the nominees and those driving our industry forward. You’re all stars in my book. An Absolute MASTERCLASS in #Marketing right here by Molson Coors Beverage Company. In an era where ads are everywhere in sports (like on jerseys), Molson took such a brilliant approach here. Normally, someone's name would be on the top of the jersey but when many players have ponytails or longer hair covering their name, it's disappointing. It's a common problem in women's sports. So... for this new women's hockey league that just launched, Molson announced that instead of player's names being featured at the top of a jersey like normal and risking being naturally "covered up" they put their company advertisement at the top so that the COMPANY is covered up by hair. All player's last names will then be at the bottom of the jersey in full view for everyone to see. Molson will get so much positive press behind this and they should. It's a great way to naturally integrate while leading with value, not the sale. Will someone buy Molson because they like beer? Sure. Will more people (especially individuals who play/watch hockey) now buy Molson because they were at the forefront of something cool like this? 100%. Lead with value and integrate naturally. You win some, and you lose some! 👌🏽 On Friday night, I received an email confirming that my team didn't make it to the finals of the DMA Talent Marketing Challenge. I felt a little upset at first, but then I quickly turned things around and focused on the positive aspects of the situation. 👥 I'm proud of how well my team worked together. The fact that we were chosen as one of the groups to represent Northumbria University just shows that hard work pays off, eventually! 👊🏽 Working in a team setting has boosted my self-confidence. I've learned that sharing my ideas is not a bad idea, and not everyone is against creative and slightly wild ideas. 💻 I've realised that you can't win every client in business. It's an unrealistic goal! As long as I've done my best and I'm happy with the outcome, I should still feel proud of myself and my team. For those of you who are interested, the brief was to increase in-app delivery orders while sustaining KFC's average order value. Although we weren't selected, I'm super proud of our submission. A massive shoutout to Lewis, Shenil and Benson for their hard work and commitment to MK9702! Last Friday we celebrated the awards. Today, we celebrated the people behind the awards. A grand haul of 18 wins. 7 Gold, 4 Silver, 6 Bronze and 1 Grand Prix! Whilst holding bragging rights for ‘effectiveness’, we are beyond ecstatic to also be crowned as most ‘creative’ at the recent 4As Advertising Festival. We are in a business of ideas and people. And thus, these awards are a culmination in the strong conviction of belief in our ideas and pushing to sell through to the client. We salute the 4As for a brilliantly organized and concluded festival, our clients who believe in us, and the team that rallies together - rain or shine - to bring it all to fruition. We believe dissatisfaction is the mother of reinvention. That’s why our icon is the octopus. Wrapping up an extraordinary week with FIVE GUYS Fridays! (Thanks Matt J. 😂) 🍔🚀 It’s been a whirlwind, full of energy and results. My week as a Business Development Director has been all about driving revenue and forging key partnerships. I’ve had the privilege of working with a football club setting up impactful commercial relationships. We’re also prepping for major 2024 campaigns with two leading sports teams, a prominent Welsh food manufacturer, a renowned chocolate brand, a national contracting company, and a well-respected car dealership in Wales and the South West. We’ve extended our strategy to some of Wales’ most iconic venues and hotels, ready to make a significant impact. There’s also an exciting opportunity brewing with a New York-based company on the verge of substantial growth and brand development. The week’s highlight? Bringing on board 12 new clients is a clear sign of the groundbreaking growth our agency is achieving.
