🚀 Excited to Share Our Latest Contribution to the Research Community! 🧬 I'm thrilled to announce the publication of our dataset on Pseudomonas aeruginosa Protein on Kaggle. This dataset is the result of a collaborative effort with the brilliant minds of Piyush Mondal, Dr. Sitanath Biswas and Dr. Monish Mukul Das B.Tech, M.Tech, PhD 🔗 Dataset Link: https://lnkd.in/gc3vuAZt Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a Gram-negative bacterium renowned for its remarkable versatility and resilience in various environments. As a common pathogen, especially in healthcare settings, it is a major cause of infections in immunocompromised individuals. The bacterium’s inherent resistance to antibiotics, coupled with its ability to form biofilms, poses a significant public health challenge. Understanding the proteins of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is crucial for unraveling its pathogenic mechanisms and discovering potential therapeutic targets. Our dataset compiles essential physicochemical properties of proteins derived from this bacterium, making it a valuable resource for researchers in bioinformatics, computational biology, and molecular biology. We hope this dataset will aid in driving innovation and discovery in these critical areas of study. A big thank you to my collaborators for their dedication to this project! 🙌 #Research #DataScience #Bioinformatics #PseudomonasAeruginosa #Kaggle #Proteomics #Collaboration #PublicHealth
