In our recent meeting, we meticulously scrutinized key aspects including the preliminary mechanical and thermal design, interfaces, and product assurance protocols. ALMATECH has initiated the procurement process for all essential components required to assemble the CLIC Gripper, setting the stage for initial testing at DLR before progressing to environmental tests. We've charted a clear roadmap to elevate the gripper's maturity, with our sights set on achieving a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 6 by the culmination of the EROSS IOD project in March.
