[ #Portfolio 👏 ] The first year of BRACCHI Transport & Logistics's new era closes with growth 📈 Argos Wityu Climate Action Fund entered the company's capital in 2023 with a majority stake with the aim of transforming Bracchi into a company at the forefront of decarbonisation issues. ANIMA Sgr and Clessidra Capital Credit together with a group of managers co-invested alongside Argos Wityu in the transaction. The figures for 2023 are excellent: consolidated turnover reached EUR 202.1 MILLION (+7%): ebitda also increased (+15%) and ebitda margin also grew (+10.1%). The net financial position also performed well, growing by +209%. This is all thanks to investments, which increased by +13% (€6.6 million was reached), and a careful employment policy that brings the number of employees to over 650. "Our decarbonisation plan, the execution of which will cover the next five years, will lead Bracchi to reach the goal of reducing emissions cumulatively by 33%." says Umberto Ferretti, CEO of BRACCHI Transport & Logistics. This year, Charles Symington of Symington Family Estates in Portugal succeeds Véronique Drouhin of Maison Joseph Drouhin in France as PFV President for the period July 2024 to June 2025. Charles Symington: "I am extremely honored to be taking over from my predecessors at Primum Familiae Vini and to support our twelve families who share the same values: the culture of excellence, love and respect for the earth and the terroir, and the powerful desire to remain family-run, independent businesses and transmit the heritage of our ancestors to the next generation.
