As we approach Women’s Equality Day, I wanted to take a moment to highlight four women at AlphaSense who have been my steadfast partners during my time as President & CRO. Niki Gupta, Danielle Stefanello, Sarah Flaccavento, and Katie Ditano have all played pivotal roles in driving our growth through their exceptional leadership and expertise, and I’m excited to showcase some of their contributions. Thank you for the dedication, vision, and leadership you bring to your roles every day. Each of you has made an immeasurable impact at AlphaSense, and I’m proud to work alongside you. To the rest of my network, I invite you to read more about these remarkable women. The tech sector still has a long way to go regarding gender equality, but recognizing and elevating leaders like them is a crucial step forward.

Thank you for showing up as a true ally and sponsor for women. This post and article are incredible for the depth it provides which shows how much you see the value and impact of their work. In a world with a lot of performative allyship and support for DEIB this is great to see. I was impressed with you as a presenter and leader last year in CRO school and this only continues to show how you lead. Following all these women!
