Motor Neuron disease or MMD based in Malaysia, we have 1000 new cases per year. What does the MD patient goes through? Basically there are 4 stages. It may start from the neck, hands or the legs. Things like hands they cannot hold because the nerve connecting the brain to the muscles is disconnected or if it happens on the neck means they cannot talk. Or they will slow when they talk all they have difficulty in breathing and the other part would be if we stuck with the links they will find difficulty in walking or when they walk they trip and the last part would be permanently disabled, they return. 80 to 90% of our patients are disabled physically. They need assistance, especially home care service. With Alpro, we realize that you have 300 over outlet providing these kind of services and not only that because you'll do medical delivery as well. Lately you have also started physiotherapy services which we have already started using. We are looking at the moment our patients are discharged from the hospital to the time they are at home. These are the services that I believe All Pro is able to support in many ways. In terms of your equipment, your Tele consultation, your silver care support, the team can actually go to our patients home and that is the most important to us. This is where we would like to work with El Pro to the extent of providing a better service through our MD community nationwide.
