The longitudinal nature of the Swedish registers, including information about hospital diagnoses, kidney status, interventions and other disease diagnoses enables analysis of patient cohorts to identify patterns and risk factors for decline over time. Let's identify treatable patients early, to be proactive in care, mitigating risks and improving patient outcomes.
