It's hard to believe it's been five years already, Lukasz Korecki! 🎉 Back in 2019, I set off for Poland to introduce Daktela Poland at our very first expo. We had just teamed up and aimed to establish ourselves in the Polish market. 🇵🇱 The evening before, Lukasz took me and Gabriela Samkova, MBA., Msc. to an unknown local fast food (no fancy diners on the new markets!), and then for a few drinks in Park Szczęśliwicki. It was the same place, where I met with Lukasz this spring during a stopover in Warszaw and took this 2024 picture. 🍔🍻 5 years later, I'm proud to say that Daktela has not only secured its place in Poland but has become a trusted partner for many notable clients. Should we laugh or cry?  😂 😭 The peak of nonsense is reached by an ESG reporting consultancy. 😇 😈 In the same post, it promotes transparency on the environmental impact of its clients and takes its own employees on a plane trip to a low-cost, hyper-tourist destination.  We live in a world of contradictory injunctions. 😂 😭 When I scroll through articles on organic and sustainable products on Instragram, I receive adverts for Shein, Alibaba and Temu. 😇 😈 I'd be curious to know the personal impact on employees' CO2 emissions, the content of their own CSR report, and what employees think of it.  One piece of advice: - do what you promote, - be creative and give your employees a break from the office.
