Today marks the groundbreaking for the Health Sciences Education and Research Center at Texas A&M International University. This innovative new teaching, research, and clinical building will help drive continued program growth while addressing the acute needs of the medically underserved community in and around Laredo. This three-story building will include instructional labs, demonstration rooms, and research labs for multiple health sciences programs. Designed with flexibility in mind, it will also be used to offer clinical services to the community. Stay tuned for updates as the project continues.
