Just like you, we think in terms of numbers. The first question we ask ourselves when we engage in a project is- how does it affect the client's bottom line? If you make a profit then we make a profit (neat!).

Common mistakes agencies make when building process? Saving TIME. There are lots of solutions that can cut down the time it takes to do a certain task. But, it still requires a user's mental effort. Instead, cut out STEPS. The fewer steps in a process to easier it is the scale and requires less mental effort to complete the process. This also saves time by proxy. P.S anyone else love building processes or is that just me?
