The Lumiform chapter of my career is coming to a close. What an amazing journey it has been! 🌟 A huge thank you to the incredible founders, Lukas Blasberg and Philip Roelen-Blasberg, for their vision and support. My heartfelt thanks also go to my managers, Patric Grassmann and Christian Lieder, for their guidance and leadership. And of course, a big shoutout to my dear sales team members, Sanem N. and Helen Yilmaz, for being such wonderful colleagues. To the entire team at Lumiform, thank you for the camaraderie and collaboration—we achieved great things together! Lumiform will hold a special place in my heart. 💥 Milestones: - Newcomer in Sales: Started at the bottom as an SDR, hammering out 100+ calls every day. I've seen a good amount of "Promoted to Manager" posts here on LinkedIn lately - Amazing work. My advice, block time to prep for your 1:1s with your reps. Not having a plan = planning to fail This means scheduling a 30-45 min block to dig into 1-2 reps (per session) look at a few things: - Their month/quarter to date performance - Their activity metrics - Their recent calls in gong / activities on deals - Their pipeline cleanliness / health These checks which can take minutes normally help me assess WHY their are succeeding or struggling. From their you can go into a 1:1 knowing where to steer the meeting and what to land on. Having a plan helps you achieve a tactical outcome. So, take the time. Prep for a 1:1 like you would a sales call!

After 7 years of climbing the ranks from marketing to SDR to Sales Director, I've seen a lot—some things good, others… not so much. I’ve witnessed CEOs overpromising, teams chasing instant results, and a lack of understanding that sales cycles take time and real investment. The thing I hated the most was the overhyping - No your CRM won't solve world hunger neither your engineers will develop miracles in less than 2 months! Quick fixes and shortcuts might seem appealing, but they rarely lead to long-term success and that's what bothers me the most with current leadership! On the other hand, there was a bunch of amazing people with whom I’ve worked, and many of them became true friends, you know who you are, love you all <3 I'm joining in exciting times at Impulsima, alongside my partner in crime and great friend Nikola Tavić.
