Available as a mobile app and within Thrive Global’s enterprise products, it will utilize peer reviewed science and Thrive's behavior change methodology, including Microsteps, which are small daily actions leading to healthier habits. The AI will be trained on personal biometric, lab, and medical data you share, learning your preferences and patterns across sleep, nutrition, movement, stress management, and social connection. With a long term memory, it provides real time, personalized recommendations to help you improve your daily health behaviors. This is a great use case for #AI, and it was also great to read how #OpenAI is partnering with Color Health on an AI copilot to assist doctors in cancer screening and in creating treatment plans after a doctor has made a diagnosis. I'm not a regular follower of celebrity news, but when these two celebs are called Sam Altman and Arianna Huffington, and they write an article on #AI in #healthcare in TIME, it is worth checking out. Super interesting… Arianna Huffington and OpenAI published a piece in TIME today sharing a vision for how AI driven behavior change can transform healthcare and announcing the launch of Thrive AI Health, a new company funded by the OpenAI Startup Fund and Thrive Global, which will be devoted to building an AI health coach. There is no question that AI can help drive behavior change and just like digital it can become a true cultural revolution in health care. With over 130 million Americans battling chronic diseases, and 90% of our $4.1 trillion health care spend directed at treatment, AI offers a new direction. AI as a personal health curator, integrating sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and social connection into our daily lives. This isn't just tech—it's about making wellness a cultural norm, democratizing health, and turning daily habits into life practices. I’ve personally been involved in architecting AI “coach” experiences in the past but it could never do what AI can do today. Everything is being reinvented! Excited to see where this goes.
