How do our projects actively help maintain the natural water cycle? 💧 As urban development progresses, the water cycle can be disrupted. Despite the presence of green spaces, the combination of non-absorbent surfaces and heavy rainfall can lead to sewage system overload.Therefore, it is crucial for us to integrate well-planned blue infrastructure into every project. As our colleague Dominika mentions, our solutions not only enhance the city's appeal but also facilitate water collection from the surroundings, promoting soil absorption. Our green roofs and rain gardens are vital in preserving natural ecosystems. As part of our company's commitment to environmental responsibility and our core value to Always Learn, we had a sharing session by a local supplier to explore the benefits and implementation of green roof systems in the built environment.   Key benefits of the green roof system that were shared: -Ultra lightweight, 5x lighter than conventional soil system -Require low maintenance due to its soil-less condition -Require minimal trimming and almost free from weeds -Ability to reduce indoor temperature up to 4 degrees Celsius. (For direct roof) -Weather-resistant plant species carefully curated for the system We have gained much green roof knowledge through this informative sharing session.
