  Buck, an Emmy-award-winning creative agency relocated its LA office to Little Tokyo on San Pedro Street. AMA Group joined Loescher Meachem Architects design team, providing MEP, IT, Security, Audiovisual design and Commissioning services for this certified LEED Gold office. This new office space boasts a feature stair, connecting four floors of flexible workspace with a presentation stage at the main landing. The overall space also includes private offices, conference rooms, editing rooms, coffee bar and a lounge area with operable partitions and an exterior balcony. Our technology services group, TM Technology, joined the RIOS and JDM Contractors team providing IT, security, and audiovisual design services for the United Talent Agency (UTA) Bungalow Renovation at Civic Center Drive in Beverly Hills. UTA is a leading global talent, sports, entertainment and advisory company. This renovation project included three buildings totaling approximately 60,000 sf, with private offices, open-plan workstations, meeting rooms, lounges, collaboration areas, a kitchen, screening rooms, a café, and entertainment/event spaces. Christopher Kezon joins our Los Angeles office with 10 years of experience in architectural acoustics and environmental noise and vibration control, designing projects for commercial interiors, education, multi-family, healthcare, hospitality, and entertainment clients.
