Kindness can make the world a better, happier, & safer place for everyone 🙋♀️ 🙋 Since noone knows what others have been through, it's better not to judge but be kind ✨️ Many can write things to impress others. But that doesn't mean those who don't share everything- their achievements, getting good scores, new position, new vehicle, etc- are less capable than others. ▶️People might start their studies late due to financial issues and or family matters. ▶️People might good at something while not at another thing. That shouldn't be a problem to give them a chance. People can learn things, build up skills. Instead of relying only on social media or specifically LinkedIn profiles, create ways to communicate, discover things together and give people chance to show their skills while growing as teams. Stop judging by covers before you read the chapters.
