I have developed training programs, trained managers, created SOP's, done work in departments that weren't mine, created processes that companies I left over 20 years ago are still using today, improved KPI's for companies within the first 6 months, created manuals, a beast in compliance, contract and provider management and vendor relations, worked government, state and even V8 contracts and so much more. Happy Friday! You've Made It! You did it. Only you know what you have been through this week and this year. Only you know what you have overcome on your journey through life. You know how much you have grown and changed along the way, so don't let anyone diminish your success, including yourself. No matter how big or small your progress, or how long it took, take time to pause and celebrate your wins. Be thankful for the blessings you once hoped for and now enjoy.
