What’s it like to work in Greenstep’s Sustainability Services team? 💚👇 Let’s hear it from Hanna Kämäräinen, our Sustainability Services Manager. She joined Greenstep in January 2023 and currently works as an interim sustainability consultant for our customers who don’t have their own sustainability expert. The projects that Hanna works on reflect the different needs of our customers who operate the changing business environment regulated by the EU. She has worked a lot with SMEs that aren’t directly regulated but are affected by their larger customers demanding sustainability information from them. 🔍 According to Hanna, the best part of her job is problem solving and research: 💬 “It’s great to be able to lighten the burden on smaller companies from the demands of larger customers who require more advanced sustainability information. We’re able to simplify these requirements for them. How do you make every job a sustainability job?   Last week we launched a free guide to answer that very question. And it seems to have struck a chord. We’ve had an overwhelming number of requests for it in the past 96 hours or so. It condenses five years of experience, learning and insights from our work at Today Do This. In that time, we've enabled thousands of employees at some of the world’s biggest companies to connect the skills and responsibilities of their job with the social and environmental issues the company needs to address. We wrote it for: 💼 Chief Sustainability Officers, Impact Directors and Heads of ESG ✊ People heading up internal champions groups and ERGs ✨ Anyone wanting to make sustainability work in their company Because *everyone*, whatever their job description, whichever department they’re in, has the power to effect positive change.
