When you got tired of working in the lab; you bring the work to your kitchen 🙃. The perks of being a food technologist/scientist. Did you know that sprouting seeds is a green and easy way to improve their nutritional value? Sprouting can increase seeds' protein content, essential amino acids, protein digestibility, antioxidants and vitamins. They may look humble, but these mungbeans are packed with nutrients. Plus, these are more tasty than the store-bought ones (totally objective opinion from the one who made and cooked them😉). Do you think we can contribute to the seeds' work of making themselves more nutritious? Maybe. That's what I'm trying to find out. Well, some of that and a little bit more. Hay naku. It's a conundrum to want to do so much with limited time -PhD candidate.
