Other accessories are all good stuff. As the main body of the helical gear reducer, when the transmission ratio is less than 5-6, it is appropriate to use a single-stage helical gear transmission. For a larger transmission ratio, helical gears can be used in the first stage, and ZY super-multi-tooth meshing and small-tooth difference transmission can be used in the second stage. At this time, the reduction ratio of the helical gear stage can be 1.5--2.5 to improve its performance, including appropriate cancellation of tooth surface heat treatment, reduction of processing hours and noise reduction. ZY transmission can withstand greater output torque and significantly reduce comparable costs. Overall, the equal torque cost of the gearbox can be reduced by half, and the equal weight carrying capacity can be increased to more than twice that of the current product. The average transmission efficiency can be increased by 1%.
