Recently members of the Amarinth team received instrumentation training from Emmerson/ WE Instruments. The goal of this training was to broaden the knowledge of instrumentation philosophies across all of our departments to ensure our team are equipped with the correct information on the products available. Here at Amarinth we ensure that our team are receiving regular training across varying topics of importance to encourage continued growth and development.

This year Amarinth are supporting National Manufacturing Day. We are always looking for ways to help develop the engineers of the future and this nationwide initiative allows for just that. Throughout the year we provide many opportunities for aspiring engineers to experience working in a privately owned engineering company. In this case study we explore our expertise and innovative solutions in the FPSO sector. The initial requirement was for carbon steel pumps with single mechanical seals. However, it was clear that the chosen supplier would need to be flexible and responsive as the final deployment of the vessel would dictate exact requirements. Recently Amarinth’s fire marshals received updated training from Good Skills Training. This updated session provided our team with the relevant updates and ensured that in the event of a fire they are equipped with the correct procedures and equipment knowledge. Training at Amarinth is valued highly to encourage continued development within our team and to ensure we are providing them opportunities of growth outside of their standard role. Thank you to Mark Rickards for providing this training to our team.

Amarinth awarded 15 year membership certificate by EIC (Energy Industries Council). Recently EIC Southern Area Manager Nigel O' Sullivan visited our head office to award us with our EIC 15 year membership certificate. Our commercial director Alex Brigginshaw met with Nigel during his visit to talk through Amarinth’s environmental and energy efforts over the past few years. This visit provided the perfect opportunity for Amarinth to present the successes we’ve had in the company’s last 20 years and where our strategic sustainability focus is within the membership industries. Thank you to the EIC for their continued support and to Nigel for presenting us with our certificate.

Job Vacancy - UK and Export Sales Manager Due to its developing global presence and controlled growth, Amarinth Ltd. is seeking to recruit a dynamic UK and Export Sales Manager to strengthen its team and continue the expansion of its existing business. For this critical role, the successful applicant will be based in a home office and spend up to 80% of their time travelling to support the strategic growth of the company. The focus will initially be targeted towards both UK and European customers supplying international and domestic oil and gas projects. They will be expected to develop key customer relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver sales orders to target. It is foreseen that the appointee will eventually take on and develop further territories for the company and support continued growth targets in line with the company’s strategic goals.
