UPN VETERAN JAKARTA In the second mentoring, we gained a lot of knowledge from our mentor, Zahrani. Some of the things taught included learning techniques in the world of lectures, how to build personal branding, how to contact lecturers properly, and recommendations for places to eat on campus. We learned how to manage time effectively to complete assignments and study optimally. In addition, our mentors also gave us tips on how to face exams and manage stress. All the knowledge we gained was very useful and motivated us to be more enthusiastic about our studies. We are very grateful to our best mentors for all their guidance and support. On the material of learning techniques in lectures, some of the points presented are as follows: determining a suitable learning style, choosing a comfortable place when studying, taking notes on important points from the lecturer, rereading the material before class starts, discussing with classmates to understand the material more deeply, setting a regular study schedule, and utilizing additional resources such as the library or online materials. All of these are important to ensure deep understanding and optimal academic achievement. We also learned how to contact lecturers, such as composing a polite and clear message, introducing yourself and stating the course you are enrolled in, asking specific questions or requests, and closing the message with a thank you. It is also important to avoid contacting lecturers outside working hours unless it is urgent and always respect the lecturer's time and busy schedule. We learned many things from this second mentoring, and we will not forget the materials that have been delivered. Each session provided valuable new insights and deepened our understanding of the topics discussed. We will continue to apply the knowledge and try to implement it in our daily practice. I am thrilled to announce my appointment as the Assistant Professor from the Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia) at Universitas Esa Unggul, powered by Arizona State University. In my teaching philosophy, I believe in a student-centered and humanistic approach to teaching. They understand that the traditional method of generalizing students and teaching materials can hinder progress and meaningful discussion. They are dedicated to creating a learning environment that supports students' needs and creativity. The fundamental elements of their teaching philosophy include: 1. Openness and respect 2. Flexibility and engagement 3. Practicality and fun 4. Encouragement and feedback These principles guide my role as a lecturer, supervisor, and consultant. My activities are related to: 1. Guest Lecturer & Speaker: Delivered lectures and presentations at various prestigious private and public institutions across Indonesia. 2. Mentorship: Mentored an Indonesian team for the start-up idea development. Supervision: Supervised theses and business projects for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Fintech, Healthtech, Edutech, Design, Tourism, Manufacturing, and Logistics. 3. Curriculum Development: Created and updated modules, and developed case studies for the Faculty of Economics and Business. 4. Academic Responsibilities: Assigned and evaluated assignments, quizzes, forum discussions, and exams. I am confident that my new position as an Assistant Professor will bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to our academic community. Their commitment to excellence in teaching and mentorship will undoubtedly inspire and support our students in their academic and professional journeys.

The manifestation of persistence once again led me to the next achievement. The nature of not letting go of opportunities gave me a lot of happiness that can complete me in the process of achieving optimal self-actualization. 3 Minute-Thesis Presentation Competition gave me a place to develop knowledge and skills, especially related to how the research we do can be well understood by the communicant. Not only that, I also got the opportunity to measure my foreign language skills from this competition. There will be many other happinesses if you do not ignore the opportunities that exist and are alert in preparing a strategy to face them.
