Here’s the truth: I don’t have all the answers, and I’m far from perfect at this whole social media thing. 🙈 There are days I overthink EVERYTHING—from what to post to whether my messages come across the way I intend. But you’ve reminded me of something profound: people don’t connect with perfection; they connect with authenticity. As we celebrate the holidays, I’ve been reflecting on the power of genuine connection. This year has been a journey of showing up as my messy, human, real self—and discovering that those real, meaningful connections are what matter most. When I send a message, it’s not just about a post; it’s about building partnerships, brightening someone’s day, or simply being there. That’s the magic of authenticity, and it’s been incredible to witness how these relationships can transform not just a business but a life. So, if you’re here reading this, know that I see you, and I appreciate you more than words can say. You’re not just a follower or a number—you’re a part of this journey, and I’m so grateful we’re building something beautiful together. Let’s make 2025 the year of connection—real, lasting, and full of meaning. Stay close because there’s so much more ahead. Wishing you all a joyful and peaceful holiday season filled with love and light.

🎄 𝐀 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 🎄 As the year winds down and the holiday lights brighten our spaces, it’s the perfect time to reflect—not just on goals achieved or challenges faced, but on the moments that truly mattered. In the hustle of life, it's easy to focus on what's next. But during this holiday season, let's pause and cherish what’s here: the relationships that ground us, the opportunities that stretch us, and the simple joys that remind us why we do what we do. This Christmas, give yourself the gift of 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦. Be present in conversations, be present for yourself, and be present in the small yet meaningful moments that often pass unnoticed. Embracing November can be a warm and reflective experience as the year starts to wind down and cooler weather sets in. It is the perfect time to reflect on what you want to achieve or experience in November professionally as well as personally. It could be something simple, like spending more quality time with loved ones, practicing gratitude or focusing on your next career move. If you’re in a place where autumn is still vibrant, take a walk and enjoy the changing colors of the leaves or set up a cozy spot at home to enjoy seasonal drinks like hot cider or pumpkin spice lattes. November is often associated with gratitude. Thus, consider starting a daily gratitude practice, where you write down three things you’re thankful for every day.You could also express your appreciation to friends and family by writing them heartfelt notes or spending quality time together. If you celebrate any upcoming holidays, use November to slowly prepare. This can include gift planning, organizing travel arrangements, or decorating your home.Look out for local events like fall festivals, holiday markets, or seasonal plays and concerts. Do any of these suggestions align with how you want to spend November, or do you have particular traditions you enjoy during this month? Please let me know your thought !

Life becomes so easy when we accept the truth that everything is not under our control. A few years ago, I planned a surprise birthday party for someone very close to me. I wanted everything to be perfect such as decorations, timing and even the guest list. I spent weeks preparing. But on the day of the party, it rained heavily and many people couldn’t make it. The cake got delayed and everything felt like it was falling apart. I was frustrated and upset because I couldn’t control what was happening. But then I looked around. The few people who did come were laughing, sharing stories and enjoying the moment. It hit me. I had spent so much energy stressing over things I couldn’t control that I almost missed the joy in what was happening. That day taught me an important lesson. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, things won’t go as planned. And that’s okay. What matters is how we choose to respond. Now, whenever life takes an unexpected turn, I remind myself to pause, breathe and focus on what’s still good. My biggest learning is that letting go of control sometimes isn’t giving up. It’s making room for life’s surprises, which often turn out to be the best parts. #life #surprises #optimism

𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞, but the reality is that while it's a period of celebration for some, it can absolutely be a period of sadness for others. I've experienced both joy and sadness across the years over different holidays, and I just wanted to put this out as a bit of a gentle statement to my network. -- If you've lost a family member or close friend and this is your first Thanksgiving and Christmas without them, I am thinking of you today. -- If you've suffered a major setback in the last year job-wise or otherwise, and find yourself in this season of the year reflecting on that in ways that are painful for you, I'm thinking of you today. -- If you're in spot where little joy is visible today, my hope is that you are able to find joy in the cracks and spaces where joy exists and that you are able to extrapolate that feeling into other areas of your world. In short, if you're in my network, I wanted to extend a Happy Thanksgiving from my family to you and yours today. As we near the end of 2024, I wish you fulfilment, contentment, and peace in the days ahead. May we balance the wheel between celebration of our accomplishments, fellowship with our loved ones, and (where necessary) learning our lessons along the road from here to 2025.

Christmas is like a magnifying glass that amplifies our emotions. And it reminds us how precious our relationships are. Love feels stronger. Gratitude, deeper. But for some, sadness and loneliness can feel overwhelming. When I started working on the Scripor Alphabet. Tactile Colors for the Blind, I was alone. I knew the journey would be hard. But I always told myself: a better world begins with the first step. Optimism? It doesn’t mean ignoring challenges. It means seeing beyond them. Finding joy in what you have, even if things aren’t perfect. If this season feels heavy, remember: Extraordinary creations are born from the most challenging moments. I started with a dream: To bring color into the world of those who cannot see it. Today, that dream has become a reality. A reality that brightens many lives and builds bridges where others saw walls. Here’s what I’ve learned: Human connections are what gives life its meaning! This Christmas, let’s celebrate the moments that unite us: A smile. A hug. A message. Simple gestures that amplify goodness. Choose to forgive. Choose to spread joy. Choose gratitude. Because in the end, optimism is about choosing what we amplify. So, why not amplify goodness? Happy holidays to everyone dedicated to making the world a better place!

🎄 The Christmas season is meant to bring joy, but it often comes with a lot of distractions. Between shopping for gifts, attending endless parties, decorating the house, and trying to create the "perfect" holiday experience, it’s easy to lose sight of the simple pleasures that make this time of year special. The pressure to keep up with everything can be overwhelming, and before we know it, the true spirit of Christmas can get lost in the chaos. This year, let’s take a step back from the distractions. Instead of focusing on perfection, let’s focus on connection. Spend time with loved ones, enjoy the quiet moments, and reflect on what truly matters. 🌟 Whether it's a cozy evening by the fire, a walk in the winter air, or simply sharing laughter and love, these small, meaningful moments are what make the season bright. It’s okay to say no to some things and yes to rest and reflection. Let’s embrace the joy of the present, without getting caught up in the distractions. ✨
