Aaaahh, this makes me miss Bali 😭 Never get enough of Bali. Easy for us to say, I want to come to that event also. I wanna sales people so I can attend such event also. Then it suddenly make me realize, that similar point of view easily come from other people when recruiter do the recruitment in other cities. Common people would see, how lucky you can go around Indonesia. People didn't see behind the scene things. Back then when I did Campus Recruitment and travel a lot, I experienced lack of rest time. Need to do scoring, interpretation at night right after the psychological test done and invite the candidates for interview in the next day. I know how to prepare an event takes a lot things to do. So I believe Sales People and other related party have put their hardwork to make this event success and beautiful. Bravo 🥳🥳 Not a single role is more important than others. We complement each other.
