We were pleased to report a strong performance in the first half of 2023. We have continued to let up our portfolio, welcoming four new life sciences occupiers, driving occupancy to 89% and taking our life science exposure to 55%. We have increased the value of our portfolio to £403m with a particularly strong performance from our developments, which were up 8%. With leverage low at 20%, we are well placed to delivery our strategy, focused on creating best in class space in the Golden Triangle for life sciences businesses.
