🇮🇳 As We Approach 78 Years of Independence: What Are We Truly Celebrating? 🇮🇳 As we commemorate 78 years of independence on August 15, 2024, it’s time to reflect deeply on the kind of freedom we’re honoring. Are we celebrating a nation that protects and uplifts its citizens, especially its women, or are we turning a blind eye to the injustices that continue to plague our society? Consider these critical questions: • Are we granting the freedom to exploit and harm women, both in public spaces and the workplace? • Are we framing assaults and violations as something they’re not, silencing the truth and protecting the perpetrators? • Are we staying silent in the face of such injustices, only reacting when it’s too close to home? • Are we becoming passive spectators in a world that desperately needs active voices to ensure women’s safety? True freedom includes the safety and dignity of every woman. It’s about standing up against violence, ensuring that every woman can live and work without fear, and speaking out when justice is threatened. Let’s not just celebrate our freedom; let’s fight to ensure it’s meaningful for everyone. Speak up for justice and women’s safety. Stand with those who need your voice. #IndependenceDay #Justice #WomensSafety #SpeakUp #Equality #HumanRights

It is our belief that transparency starts at “hello” and you need to know what we think your agency is worth right from the very beginning and whether that meets your expectations. If it doesn’t then it didn’t cost you anything to find out. https://bit.ly/2MxyVGC #freevaluations #transparency #therightstart #adamjwalker

"The National Fair Housing AllianceNational Fair Housing Alliance® (NFHA™) released the following statement from Executive Vice President Nikitra Bailey in response to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals panel’s decision to halt Atlanta, GA-based Fearless Fund’s grant program for Black women: “The Eleventh Circuit Court’s decision is part of a larger unwise attempt to dismantle Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programs nationwide and stymie decades of Civil Rights progress. It is no coincidence that the same forces behind the Supreme Court’s 2023 anti-affirmative action ruling are also behind this court decision." #FairHousing #FairHousingForAll #FairHousingAct #fairhousingrights https://lnkd.in/gJ7Egns3

As we celebrate Independence Day, we must confront an uncomfortable truth: our freedom is incomplete. Thousands of women still live in fear every day. Each new crime against women forces us to ask: Are we truly independent if half of our population lives under threat? While brave individuals sacrifice their lives for the nation, others commit crimes that undermine our safety and freedom. It’s time to take a stand. Raise your sons to respect and protect, not to harm. Safety is a fundamental right, not a privilege. This Independence Day, let’s pledge to create a society where every woman feels safe, valued, and empowered. #RaiseYourSonWell #WomenSafety #Independence

Now its that time again the Court of Appeals granted an Order stopping an all black female organization from give away grants or small business loans to other black females, now this court is solely based on racism and for this court to state otherwise than this court needs to affirm why the whites do it such is legal, but when black males or females do it is illegal, now for one I would file again, but with a twist, not in the US Federal Courts, but in the SA World Court, since at no time has this Court or any Court of these United States affirmed that slaves or former slaves are documented US CITIZENS, until documents are produced the courts have no real Jurisdiction over them, yes they may own and operate businesses, property or properties within or without the United States, and they may vote, but any rulings against them are moot in nature, unless they can produce the documents of citizenship, etc. so sister re-file immediately under international laws in South Africa on this matter at hand 🤚🏾. Now after re-reviewing this situation we find that the Appeals Court is in error on the laws concerning black people, unless the white attorneys have true and correct evidence that the black defendants are under the jurisdiction of these United States 🇺🇸, and after very close review their ancestors where considered property and no rights to the law under any United States 🇺🇸 Court, since such laws are still active and have not been defunct to dated, so any action on or against these defendants or any black defendant are not valid to date unless these United States 🇺🇸 can provide evidence that said blacks are citizens of these United States 🇺🇸 and the true reasons why that in 1964 we had a separate civil rights law or laws, if we are citizens and equal, such show and state otherwise, are they ready for what is next.
