Sports sometimes gives us great leadership lessons, like this week's Eagles' loss to the Jets after a long run being undefeated. The Eagles had not lost a game in over eight months (excluding the pre-season). The team's culture of accountability came through strongly, so much so that head coach Nick Sirianni didn't need to say a word after the loss – he let the leaders within the team speak up. When the team can represent culture so well, you know a leader has built a strong franchise. It's also a great lesson in how the best leaders know when to step up and when to step back and let leaders within the team shine. #leadership #culture
