1moAmcor was one of the great experiences of my career. I received direct Executive Leadership coaching and mentoring from many of the senior Executives while being part of a company that, under the leadership of Ken McKenzie, continued to out perform. A question that Ken and I discussed was why there was not more focus on operational excellence and Asset Management, both key pillars in a truly sustainable organisation. Through the development I received while at Amcor I have now had the opportunity to start my own business focussing on operational excellence and Asset Management and the key aspects of coordination across organisations so that we can deliver sustainable value into the future. I would love to be involved with Amcor again.
