For over 20 years, Amdocs has championed diversity, but I feel a renewed sense of purpose today. I'm thrilled to share that The Israel Innovation Authority רשות החדשנות has selected Amdocs for a visionary project - integrating people with #disabilities into technology roles. This initiative isn't just a step for Amdocs; it's a leap toward a future I deeply believe in.   This project is more than an organizational mission; it's a personal commitment to nurturing an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute regardless of their background or abilities.   We're embarking on a two-year journey, with the support of the Innovation Authority, to prove that this model isn't just feasible but beneficial for all. Integrating talented individuals from various backgrounds, including those with disabilities, , enriches our perspective and innovation capacity.   This initiative aligns with our mission for 2024 - fostering an inclusive workplace where #diversity is our strength, not just in theory but in practice. The road ahead will have challenges, but we are committed to learning, adapting, and succeeding. This isn't about quick wins but sustainable, impactful change. We plan to scale up and encourage other organizations to launch similar On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs.   This is a strategic move, combining business acumen with a social conscience, and from our experience, it's a formula for success. Let's take that step together and pave the way for a more inclusive, innovative, and resilient tech industry. From the 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 border of India-Pakistan in #Leh (Turtuk) to the 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐩 of India-Sri Lanka in #Kanyakumari, each journey has enriched my soul! 🚅🏍️🚘🛫 🚗 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐬: My car and bikes have become my companions on exhilarating road trips. With friends and family, I’ve explored hidden gems, witnessed breathtaking landscapes, and created memories that defy distance! 🌟 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥-𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠: When fatigue weighed me down, Amdocs didn’t hesitate. My manager and the organization rallied behind me, offering flexibility when I needed it most. The role was both demanding and different, pushing me to deliver my best. However, the nature of the job posed challenges in maintaining work-life balance and fully utilizing my capabilities in that role, hence I had to re-map my role to a match! 🔍 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐩: Determined to thrive, I sought an internal role that aligned with my niche skills. This decision marked a turning point. I transitioned from a Project Manager to a Global Function Lead in Corporate Cloud Governance for our global organization. It was a milestone - a leap that resonated not only within Amdocs but also beyond its walls! 🌟 𝐀𝐦𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐬, 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬: Throughout my journey, my unwavering career goal has been to reinvent myself continually.
