💡 When migrating to a new OSS/BSS+ platform there are a lot of factors to consider to ensure that the transition happens smoothly for both end customers and staff. Most of our customers are existing brands that we have migrated or are about to migrate to our platform. These are companies with existing propositions that need to be taken into careful consideration before migration happens to ensure a smooth transition for existing end customers. On top of that we ensure that the new setup not only serves the current purpose but that it also serves future needs in the best possible way. Our aim is always to make it even better for existing end customers and staff once they've migrated to our Automated Digital Telco (ADT) platform, while at the same time ensuring that everyone involved feels comfortable with the new systems. A great example of this is the highest rated MVNO in Sweden (4.9/5), TechTell, for them it was crucial to maintain the same high customer ratings through this transition even if they both changed the entire BSS/OSS and changed the network provider at the same time which requires SIM swaps. 5 months later they are still the highest rated MVNO in Sweden! Every project is unique so to cater to this we have clear processes and structures in place in Telness Tech both during implementation and after to ensure that this transition happens as smooth as possible.
