You are a champion for #Romania, and if there were any other interests at play, the truth will eventually come to light. 🤸🥉 Sabrina Voinea's heel position during her performance in the Olympic Final clearly demonstrated that she did not deserve a penalty, nor should her bronze medal have been unjustly taken. #NBC's coverage clearly shows that Sabrine did not step out of line. In an era of advanced technology, where sensors and artificial intelligence are prevalent, gymnastics still relies on manual scoring methods, unlike sports such as football, basketball, or tennis, where computerized systems minimize human errors. Judgments on aspects like amplitude, turns, or positioning in gymnastics currently depend on the subjective assessment of potentially biased referees. Following the reform in figure skating after the 2002 Salt Lake City scandal, it's time for #gymnastics to adopt a more objective analysis. Metrics such as angles, degrees, amplitude, and turns should be evaluated using systems like VAR or Hawk-Eye to ensure fair rankings and championships. Sabrina's heel position in yesterday's event might be the catalyst for such a transformative change in world gymnastics. Who is responsible for lying? #France #OlympicGames #OlympicGames2024 #SabrinaVoinea #FIG

AI-powered Paris Olympics coverage is giving us more diving, synchro swimming and gymnastics, less.....laser sailing and quadruple sculls rowing? Unless those are your favourite Olympic events, of course. This year, NBC will use AI to create personalized 10-minute highlights packages for their Peacock subscribers. These packages can include custom event updates, athlete backstories, and more, customized to your exact preferences. Olympic highlights will be AI-voiced by Al Michaels, who has been involved in broadcasting the Olympics since 1980 when he called the "Miracle on Ice" hockey game. Al (that's AL, not AI...they look the same 🤣) was skeptical at first but called the results "astonishing." Thoughts/bets on how we will see those sneaky hallucinations might edge their way into the picture? #AI #AIOlympics #ParisOlympics

𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐬: 𝐀 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 In our journey through life, we often find ourselves striving for success, aiming to win in every endeavor. However, it's important to recognize that losing can be just as rewarding as winning. Losses, while sometimes painful, offer unique opportunities for improvement, growth, and progress. The Value of Loss With life comes great losses, and those losses should yield an opportunity to improve. When we lose, we are often forced to reflect on what went wrong, which can lead to valuable insights and lessons. Improvement is growth, and through growth, we achieve progress. Losing is a humbling experience that can teach us more than winning ever could. The #Humbling Experience of Losing Losing can bring disappointment and even what some call "head trash"—the negative self-talk that clouds our minds. It's a natural reaction, but it's crucial to remember that it's not about the loss itself; it's about what you do after the loss. How you respond to setbacks defines your character and determines your future success. Turning Losses into #Opportunities Here are some steps to turn losses into opportunities for growth: Reflect and Analyze: Take a step back and objectively analyze what led to the loss. Identify areas where you can improve and make note of any patterns or recurring issues. Set New Goals: Use the insights gained from your reflection to set new, realistic goals. Focus on areas that need improvement and create a plan to address them. Stay #Positive: It's easy to get bogged down by negative thoughts after a loss. Maintain a positive mindset and remind yourself that every setback is a setup for a comeback. Seek #Support: Don't be afraid to seek support from friends, family, or mentors. They can offer valuable perspectives and encouragement to help you move forward. Take Action: Implement your new plan and take proactive steps towards improvement. Consistent effort and determination will lead to progress. Growth Through #Adversity The Power of #Perseverance In conclusion, while winning is a huge success, losing can be just as rewarding. Losses offer a chance to improve, grow, and progress. Embrace each setback as a learning opportunity, and remember that it's not about the loss itself but what you do after the loss that truly matters. By reflecting, setting new goals, staying positive, seeking support, and taking action, you can turn losses into valuable stepping stones on your path to success. Through growth and perseverance, you will find that losing is not the end, but the beginning of a new and rewarding journey.
