Now here's the truth Most people think Intermittent fasting is just about when to eat and when to fast. THAT IS THE BIGGEST MISCONCEPTION If you really wanna be healthy, you can't just eat ANYTHING during your feasting hours. This is why consulting a nutrionist who has studied not just about food and nutrition but anatomy, physiology, pathology, diet cultures, their impact on your physical and mental health is so important What really works in Intermittent fasting is the things you eat during your feasting period! If you eat a balanced meal and , there are very very low chances of your body getting sick. PERIOD! Media should start being responsible and urge people to read the full article ainstead of clickbaiting people. There are so many factors to consider. Opting for IF is a personal decision but if you are someone who wants to try intermittent fasting, please please consider taking advice from a qualified nutritionist instead of just googling things or blindly listening to celebs. What works for their body might not work for you :)
