📣 AAPA has sent a second letter to the American Medical Association, after they did not respond to last month’s request for a meeting to collaborate and put an end to its so-called “Scope Creep” campaign. The communication served as the release of an open letter with more than 8,000 PA signatures condemning AMA’s misrepresentation of the PA profession. https://bit.ly/3zgeMgC
We all have, or should have, a common goal. The patients. When we create division and animosity it will not benefit anyone, especially those who need us...... which are the patients.
I would like to see PA’s scope on par with NP’s autonomy
Hope you will have a proper reply soon.

2moAs a physician, I fully support the idea of true collaboration among healthcare professionals. When we nurture an approach of teamwork rather than division, everyone benefits—especially our patients. We should all be on the same side, striving to provide the best care possible and to create supportive and uplifting workplaces for all members of our teams. I celebrate any efforts to engage in meaningful dialogue and hope this brings us all closer to a more unified healthcare system where respect and trust are foundational for all members of the team. Taking care of patients is a hard enough job as it is. Can we please support each other?!
