“Sometimes you need to take a leap of faith: be open to opportunities as they present themselves but never lose your north star. A career is rarely a straight line. When you adapt, you can excel. • Home is your safety net: While you focus on building your career, don’t forget your support system. • Success is never solo: You grow and thrive with the support of others. Don’t be afraid to ask for help; it’s a sign of strength. “ These are the most important advice we can pass to the ones who are stepping into this journey or want to be a Signature Leader. As Serena said : “These reflections not only represent each of us own journey but they’re constant reminders of the values that guide all of us and our decisions.” #Signature Leader #development #leadership
SVP, Head of Nutrition Strategic Business Unit at Nestlé | Leading Transformation in Nutrition from Pre-conception to Adulthood
Last week, I took part in a Signature Leaders panel discussion held on the shores of Lake Geneva. Led by Carol Seymour, I sat alongside some exceptional female leaders - Ruth Farrell, Lourdes Munoz, and Dominique Mudde - in the presence of some 40 female executive participants from across the globe. Together, we shared some of the challenges we’ve faced in our leadership journey and how we’ve overcome them. Here are some of the key points I touched on: • Sometimes you need to take a leap of faith: be open to opportunities as they present themselves but never lose your north star. A career is rarely a straight line. When you adapt, you can excel. • Home is your safety net: While you focus on building your career, don’t forget your support system. • Success is never solo: You grow and thrive with the support of others. Don’t be afraid to ask for help; it’s a sign of strength. These reflections not only represent my own journey but they’re constant reminders of the values that guide me and my decisions. What advice would you give to other women leaders? #Leadership #CareerDevelopment #SignatureLeaders #LeadershipLadders
