American Jewish Committee (AJC)’s Post

Antisemites have popularized the phrase “Globalize the Intifada.” But it's not just a phrase. It's a call for violence. During Shabbat services this weekend, a synagogue in southern France was rocked by an explosion, with the primary suspect wrapped in a Palestinian flag. In Germany this past weekend, three people were murdered and eight wounded in a stabbing attack, with the perpetrator vowing to “avenge Muslims in Palestine and everywhere.” Here's how “Globalize the Intifada” is antisemitic: https://lnkd.in/eJ37smHB

The synagogue in southern France......was not OK......on the other side, no catastrophe either, certainly not if compared with the Atrocities and Genocide committed by Israel in Gaza, on the West Bank as well as the Apartheid regime Israel is forcing upon the Palestinians. Germany. Solingen: indeed also not OK but may have been an act of desperation. However, I wonder why you bring it up here ? What does the Solingen attack have to do with Israel or Anti-Semitism ? Isn´t this just very cheap propaganda from your side ? Then a brief summary of the AJC post, which links to a reasoning why the message "Globalize the Intifada" is Anti-Semitic. I read expressions such as: Uprising. Shaking off. Encourage resistance against Israel and its supporters. 1st Intifada Palestinian protests, civil disobedience. Acts of violence and terrorism against Israelis, incl. suicide bombings in civilian areas. Palestinian uprising against Israeli rule. Call for rising up against Israel. The majority of Jews globally support Israel. Vigilance by those advocating for Palestinian rights against using potentially inciting language. Doxing Jewish people. To be continued in reply....

How is "globalise a movement" for an Egyptian con artist that stole billions & hated Israel and was on the side of the slave-owning states who en-masse attacked Israel to start the 6 day war a good thing ? Oh. For them it is . I see. I wonder if they all returned (after openly siding with attackers ) would they treat the 2 million Palestinians that currently live in Israel fairly ? Or would they be seen as traitors to suffer same fate as the Jews (like how Hana's treated them)? Just asking.

I saw this on a banner in a protest on a college campus. This is such an outrage. If it’s students doing this, they should be expelled. I have a feeling, however, that most of the students involved have no idea what it really means, just as so many of them were clueless as to what “from the river to the sea” means. We have to do some serious investigation to get the money and the people that are behind these protests out of our country, and make sure they are never given a pathway to return.
