The ANCOR Foundation's Leadership Academy creates a pathway for emerging leaders in the I/DD services field. Erica Buchanan, MS NPA is one of those community-changing leaders. A member of the Leadership Academy’s class of 2022, Erica has gone on to lead well beyond the organization she heads. In 2023, she joined the ANCOR Foundation Board of Directors, and in 2024, she was appointed to the ANCOR Board of Directors. Erica has also served as a mentor for other Leadership Academy participants.
