⛳ Excitement is in the air as The Masters tees off!🏌️ One of the most prestigious tournaments in sport gets underway later this week and as always I can't wait! With The Masters taking place at Augusta each year the course itself is well known to most of the field playing but what can't be controlled over the span of 72 holes is the external factors. That could be the weather itself (wind, rain, sunshine), the crowd and other players themselves. It reminded me of recruitment and a candidates journey through interview. Whilst the process might be known and repeatable there are so many external factors that can affect how you perform on any given day or week. It's a stressful thing getting a new job so it's important to celebrate the successes and "making the cut"! Imposter Syndrome affects a vast majority of professionals at some point in their careers.
