Whats so great about V-Deck™ Great question! Here's reason #4.... ❗️Zero contact points❗️ 'Hang on. How does that work?' Thats exactly what I was asking when I first hear it. Once I started building the system and understanding the way the anchors and pick-up V-Chains worked and the ease at which we could add and remove points while the deck was still in place, then it made complete sense. No more coating out an area and then having to send a crew back to carry out snagging of all the areas where anchors were placed. 🔸️Reduced cost of coating prep and application 🔸️Improved coating application 🔸️Reduced deficiency of coating applications 🔸️Ability to carry out hands on inspection of surface prep and coating application To find out how Technical Access Group Inc. can help with your current or upcoming coating prep or application project, contact us directly on: 📧 ops@technicalaccessgroup.com ☎️ +1 604.929.6596 ℹ️ www.technicalaccess.ca #accesssolutions #ropeaccess #workingatheight #hangingscaffold #innovativeaccess #vdeck

And screw pins are to be hand tightened fully, NOT backed off.
ATTENTION! DO NOT MIX YOUR SHACKLE PINS! According to ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers) B30.26 Rigging Hardware, replacement parts, such as pins, shall meet or exceed the original equipment manufacturer’s specifications. Shackle manufacturers do not condone using a different manufacturer’s pin in their shackle body. That means you can’t mix and match shackle pins to bodies. And never use a homemade pin that did not come with the shackle. Do you know which pins to pair with what shackles? This identification guide provides several examples of what to look for on shackles and pins to make sure you're pairing the correct components before making an overhead lift! This guide will help you understand the identification markings for Crosby, Columbus McKinnon, and Green Pin® shackles. 🪧 Hang this poster up in your shop or in a job site trailer for quick reference, or use it as a training aid during an upcoming toolbox talk! 🗣️👷👷♀️🏗️ #shackles #rigging #freedownload #liftingequipment #asme
