Tire Engineer at Alborz Tire Manufacturing Company, Polymer Compounder, Rubber R&D director, Rubber formulation, Polymer processing
📢 Excited to Share My Latest Publication! 📢 I am thrilled to announce that my new research paper, titled "Nano‑silicon carbide/carbon black hybrid fillers for accelerating the curing of styrene‑butadiene/butadiene rubber blend by improving thermal diffusivity" has been published in the Iranian Polymer Journal! In this work, we investigated how combining SiC and CB enhances the thermal diffusivity of rubber blends, leading to significant improvements in both cure characteristics and vulcanization reactions. Key findings include: A 3% increase in minimum torque and 39% increase in maximum torque during the curing process with the addition of SiC. A ~100% acceleration in curing reaction rate with 12 phr SiC. An increase in heat transfer by 30% with the combined fillers. 250% improvement in thermal diffusivity due to 30 phr CB. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Mohammad Fasihi for his invaluable support throughout this research. I also want to extend my sincere thanks to my previous workplace, Alborz Tire Manufacturing Company (formerly BFGoodrich), for providing the raw materials and equipment necessary for this study. https://lnkd.in/dUdjVf2p Looking forward to more exciting developments in this field! #Research #Polymers #RubberTechnology #Nanotechnology #TireIndustry #MaterialsScience #Innovation

𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄… …that the growth of AMG Vanadium LLC is shifting from ferrovanadium to vanadium oxide which we produce in Nuremberg, Germany? #AMG Vanadium is the western world’s low-cost producer of ferrovanadium, but #vanadium oxide is the base material for vanadium electrolytes for use in vanadium redox flow batteries. The production facilities for vanadium oxide and vanadium electrolytes in Nuremberg, Germany, are presently being expanded. Through proprietary #technology, we have successfully linked our two main vanadium plants in Ohio, USA, and Nuremberg. The facilities in Ohio apply a two-step process in treating spent #catalysts, roasting first, and then melting. Instead of going to the second step, we can re-route the roasted spent catalysts and use them as a feed for the production of vanadium oxides in Nuremberg on the way to #battery materials. You can find more information in our annual report: https://lnkd.in/e7AgCTf3
