Individuals with disabilities experience less work satisfaction due to ¹: - Toxic work environments - Worry about compensation keeping up with inflation - Limited access to necessary resources for productivity - Lower levels of psychological safety - Difficulty getting time off - Lack of understanding from coworkers - Limited job opportunities and advancement - Unconscious bias and discrimination - Inadequate accommodations and support - Feelings of loneliness and isolation

American Psychological Association It is necessary to do studies to qualify this type of work. One of the challenges is to generate jobs where people with disabilities are not replaced by machines.
