We are trained by the media and pharmaceutical spokespeople to fear herbs that have some affinity for our opioid receptors, but these favorite foods also affect the same receptors, along with coffee. It’s up to us to exercise self control and discernment to choose foods that support lifelong health and vigor. Look in the mirror, then find historical photos of the average Americans BEFORE our diet came mostly from processed foods, designed to induce us to eat more than we need of empty calories. The solution isn’t in the latest diet pill.

Lol.. Yes!! People.finally waking up but guess what.. Everyone is addicted to sugar, salt, and or oil. The foundational three that's taking us and keeping us in inefficient states. It's in all diets and cultures. It's not a matter "maybe" it is. Just like many adults are addicted to caffeine. No one is operating in a natural state of awareness. Just follow our ancestors. They knew and know the way, #theindigeniousway
