We are pleased to share this interview with InvestorNews Inc.’ Jack Lifton, Christopher Gibbs, CEO of American Rare Earths Limited (ASX: ARR | OTCQX: ARRNF), where he discussed the current status and future plans for the company’s Halleck Creek Project in Wyoming. Lifton pointed out that Gibbs, who previously held the CEO position before stepping into a non-executive director role, has returned to lead the company at a pivotal time. He emphasized the significance of recent drill results, including 299.1 meters at 4,393 ppm Total Rare Earth Oxides (TREO), highlighting the project’s substantial resource of 2.34 billion tonnes. The Halleck Creek Project, specifically the Cowboy State Mine area, is a focus for ARR due to its location on state lands, which enables fast-tracked permitting. Gibbs noted that the project benefits from Wyoming government support, including over $7 million in non-dilutive state funding, a key factor in advancing the project toward its pre-feasibility study (PFS). We were grateful to hear Lifton's comment about how impressed he is with Gibbs's experience, which he brings to lead the company at this important time. https://lnkd.in/gT2CK9ZN ARR.AX $ARRNF $AMRRY Richard Hudson Sten Gustafson Geoffrey Hill Christopher Gibbs John Mansanti Melissa Sanderson Joe Evers Dwight Kinnes SUSAN ASSADI Sara Stotter

The Calmer Co. (ASX : CCO) is transforming the kava industry through its vertically integrated approach. The company, under its brands Fiji Kava, Taki Mai, and Danodan Hempworks, is at the forefront of this revolution. It stands out as the only professionally managed entity in this space, boasting a comprehensive 'farm to shelf' supply chain management. Under the strategic guidance of Mr. Zane Yoshida, Executive Director & Founder, Dr. Anthony Noble, CEO and Managing Director, the company is undergoing a transformative shift in distribution strategy. This shift is not just a rebranding, but a transformative journey that opens up diverse end-market opportunities. From kava bars to nutraceutical food products and health supplements, the potential is vast. CCO's reprofiled kava products, now positioned as functional beverages rather than just health supplements, open up diverse market opportunities. By forging partnerships with key distributors and retailers, and expanding its e-commerce presence, CCO is aligning with modern consumer trends and poised for growth. Valuing CCO between A$0.013 and A$0.017 per share, our valuation incorporates the potential impact of ongoing capital raising efforts. This reflects the promising future of reprofiled kava products, bolstered by e-commerce strategies and efficient distribution networks. However, investors should note risks including supply chain challenges and regulatory uncertainties. A special acknowledgment to Matthew Reede, Investor & Media Relations at The Calmer Co, for his instrumental support in this endeavour. #KavaIndustry #CalmerCoInternational #EastCoastResearch
