When thinking over the various aspects of my career journey, I see it as a path of discovery. Most of what I learned was not within the scope of my education, but from my on the job life experiences. Within the walls of my classroom I discovered the real path to true learning comes from actively engaging in inquiry based instruction. Giving the learner the key to their own learning process.
