The ARC Stars are a group of passionate welding professionals, educators, industry advocates, and proud AWS members who are making an impact in the industry. ARC Stars Danea Buschkoetter and Jason Becker shared their personal journeys into welding, discussed their passion for education, and offered inspiring advice for the next generation of welders. Special guests and WorldSkills medalists, Jordan Packer (2022) and Wyatt Hansen (2024), wowed the audience with stories about representing the USA on the global welding stage.
